Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering Soulshine! We can’t wait for your package to arrive on your doorstep!

Shipping estimates are from the time the carrier receives your package. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (except weekends and holidays). All orders made after 4:00pm CT will go in the queue the following business day.

We include tracking and shipping insurance with every package. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please check junk mail if an email has not been received within 72 hours of purchase.

Our standard form of shipping is through USPS. If you cannot accept USPS packages or wish to expedite your shipping through another carrier, please select those alternatives at checkout.
